WilliamSMITHElizabeth and family would like to thank Dr Reddys practice and the district nurse team who helped Billy fulfil his wish to remain at home during his final days. Thanks also to Mr Kassem and all the nursing staff on wards 17 & 18 at Wishaw General hospital, to Dr Clinton Ali and his staff at Wishaw and the Beatson, to the McMillan Day Case Unit nurses for administering the chemo which enabled the family to spend more precious time with Billy. A special thanks to the Rev. Graham Reaburn and to Alan and all at the Co-Op funeral services for making Billys funeral such a perfect tribute to him. Thank you also to Joe for organising everything in the church just as Billy would have wanted and to Margaret and her team for the lovely tea provided for everyone following the service. And a big thanks to all neighbours and friends for the home baking and flowers but most of all for their prayers and support. Finally on the day of the funeral thanks to your generosity we managed to raise a fantastic sum of ?1100.42 for Pancreatic Cancer Research at the Beatson. God bless you all.
